Your satisfaction is important to us. You may return any item purchased from Dieselogic for any reason within 30 days from the original invoice date, provided the Product is in “brand-new” condition, is returned in the original packaging, and has NOT been installed. No refunds will be given on Products that have been installed, tampered with, contaminated, or disassembled.

To return an item, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number from Dieselogic. To obtain an RMA number, please call us at 800.654.8493 OR email us at, and provide the following information: original invoice number; part number; serial number (if applicable); quantity; reason for the return with as much detail as possible; and any other relevant information that will help us process the return with speed and accuracy.

Returned product must be in new, resalable condition, with all original boxes, packaging, parts, cables, manuals, etc. Upon receipt, all returns will be inspected, and, at our discretion, credit may be refused and/or a restocking fee of up to 25% may be assessed. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred to return products.

Once we have inspected the Products and confirmed they are in new and resalable condition as required by this policy, we will process your refund.

Some Circumstances in which credit will not be issued but not limited to:
  • Product is a “Special Order” item
  • Product has been installed and/or used
  • Product has been damaged from an attempt to be installed and/or used
  • Product is shipped back without original box, manual and/or parts
  • Seal on electrical parts is broken
  • Product serial number does not match that of which was original shipped to buyer
  • Product is deemed not resalable by Dieselogic due to customers own actions in dealing with the Product

Dieselogic warrants our Products to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of *1 year. (*Performance Remanufactured Products are warranted for 6 months.) The warranty period commences the day the product is shipped to the original Customer and is only valid for the original Customer. This warranty is non-transferable.

Dieselogic Limited Warranty DOES NOT COVER and therefore EXCLUDES:

  • Labor costs to install or uninstall Products
  • Labor costs incurred in diagnosis of defects or any other consequential expenses, including third party testing
  • Failures caused by fuel or oil contamination, fire damage, misuse, negligence, modification, abuse, improper application, installation or operation
  • Failures caused by unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts
  • Failures caused by power enhancing devices or modifications
  • Any down time, towing, travel, lodging, or any other contingent expenses

This warranty is in lieu of all other express and implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Dieselogic does not assume any responsibility for incidental or consequential damages. This warranty sets out your exclusive remedies with respect to the Products covered by it. No attempt to alter, modify, or amend this warranty shall be allowed.


All warranty claims are subject to prior approval by Dieselogic. To be eligible for warranty consideration, please call us at 800.654.8493 OR email us at You must include a dated proof of purchase receipt, describe your problem, and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (“RMA”). We will provide you with an RMA number and written instructions for sending the Products to us to be tested for warranty consideration. You must follow those instructions. Dieselogic does not accept Products sent to us without an RMA. We do not cover return shipping. You will need to pay for shipping the Products to us. Dieselogic is not responsible for damages caused by shipping.

If our testing confirms that a Product DOES NOT exhibit any material or workmanship defect within the testing specifications we have identified, you will be assessed a standard fee for cleaning / testing and the Product will be shipped back to you at your expense, UPS Ground.

If our testing confirms that a Product DOES exhibit material or workmanship defect, Dieselogic will replace the item (like for like), and cover UPS Ground shipping to return the replacement Product to the original Customer. You may elect to pay for faster shipping at your expense.
