NEW PART RETURNS

Your satisfaction is important to us. You may return any item purchased from Dieselogic for any reason within 30 days from the original invoice date, provided the Product is in “brand-new” condition, is returned in the original packaging, and has NOT been installed. No refunds will be given on Products that have been installed, tampered with, contaminated, or disassembled.

To return an item, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number from Dieselogic. To obtain an RMA number, please click on the link above under RMA Form. Another option is to call us at 800.654.8493 or email us at warranty@dieselogic.com, and provide the following information: original invoice number, part number, serial number (if applicable), quantity, reason for the return with as much detail as possible, and any other relevant information that will help us process the return with speed and accuracy.

Returned product must be in new, resalable condition, with all original boxes, packaging, parts, cables, manuals, etc. Upon receipt, all returns will be inspected, and, at our discretion, credit may be refused and/or a restocking fee of 15% will be assessed. For all orders that had free outgoing shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount. You are responsible for shipping costs incurred to return products. Do not use the Core Return label to return new parts. If you do, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once we have inspected the Products and confirmed they are in new and resalable condition as required by this policy, we will process your refund.


Some Circumstances in which credit will not be issued but not limited to:
·         Product is a “Special Order” item
·         Product has been installed and/or used
·         Product has been damaged from an attempt to be installed and/or used
·         Product is shipped back without original box, manual and/or parts
·         Seal on electrical parts is broken
·         Product serial number does not match that of which was original shipped to buyer
·         Product is deemed not resalable by Dieselogic due to customers own actions in dealing with the Product
