IF YOU, THE CUSTOMER, DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, SEND THE UNUSED PRODUCTS IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING BACK TO US, DIESELOGIC.COM, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF OUR RETURN POLICY.
What Does this Limited Warranty Cover?
This limited warranty (this “Limited Warranty”) covers any defects in manufacture and/or materials in injector products (collectively, the “Product” or “Products”) purchased directly from L & J Diesel Service, Inc. d/b/a Dieselogic.com, a Florida corporation (“Dieselogic.com”).
What Does this Limited Warranty Not Cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage to Products caused by contaminated fuel, improper installation, or any other outside influence or third party. Disassembling or tampering with the Products voids this Limited Warranty.
What is the Limited Warranty Period of Coverage?
Effective 09/21/2022, select new & remanufactured injectors, pumps, and turbos carry a two (2) year limited warranty, balance carries a one (1) year limited warranty from the original invoice date (the “Limited Warranty Period”). All parts purchased prior to 09/21/2022 carry a one (1) year limited warranty from the original invoice date.This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and is valid only for the original purchaser of the Products.
What Will Dieselogic.com Do to Correct The Problem?
If during the Limited Warranty Period any Product fails to function as designed (not as a result of outside damage, improper installation, or misapplication) as determined by our testing, Dieselogic.com, at its option, will repair or replace the defective or malfunctioning component of the Product at no charge. Using the instructions below, you will need to send the Products back to Dieselogic.com, at your expense, during the Limited Warranty Period for testing and warranty consideration. If our testing confirms that any Product does not exhibit any manufacturing defect within the manufacturer’s specifications we have identified, you will be assessed a fee for cleaning / testing and the Product(s) will be sent back to you at your expense. The cleaning and testing fee for non-warrantable parts is $45 per injector or $400 per high pressure pump.
What Will Dieselogic.com Not Do?
No refunds, exchanges or returns are given on Products sent to Dieselogic.com under a warranty claim. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns on Products that have been installed. Dieselogic.com assumes no liability for the improper installation, improper Product selection, or misapplication of the Products. You are responsible for having your installer install the Products correctly. If in doubt, you should contact the specific Product manufacturer directly before installing the Products. Under no circumstances shall Dieselogic.com be liable for any expenses you may incur related to the Products, including, but not limited to, labor or installation charges, down time, towing, travel, lodging or other expenses incurred in diagnosis of any claimed defect (such as third party testing), removal or reinstallation of the Product, or any other contingent expenses you may incur.
How Do You Get Service?
All warranty claims are subject to prior approval by Dieselogic.com. To be eligible for warranty service you must first email us at email@example.com. We will provide you with a Warranty Claim Request Form which must be completed and returned to us before any warranty claim will be initiated. Once we receive your completed Warranty Claim Request Form, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number and written instructions for sending the Products to us for evaluation. We do not accept Products sent to us without a completed Warranty Claim Request Form and RMA. You are responsible for all costs associated with shipping the Products to us. Depending on the results of our testing, you may need to pay for us to ship the Products back to you. Dieselogic.com shall not be responsible for any damages caused by shipping.
We do not store the Products you voluntarily send to us for testing indefinitely. It is the original purchaser’s responsibility to communicate with us regarding the results of the testing and to pay any testing fees owed for the Products. We will hold the Products for ninety (90) calendar days from the date we receive the Products from you (the “Holding Period”) and will use commercially reasonable efforts to communicate with you (using the phone number and e-mail address you provided at the time of your purchase and/or at the time the RMA is issued regarding the Products) the testing results and if there are any fees owed. If we do not hear from you and/or any applicable fees remain unpaid at the conclusion of the Holding Period, we will deem all of the Products you sent to us to have been intentionally abandoned by you (the “Abandoned Property”) and we reserve the right to dispose of, use, reuse and/or resell the Abandoned Property in our sole discretion.
Limitations of this Limited Warranty
The Products are provided on an “AS IS” with all faults basis and with no warranty except the Limited Warranty set forth above. To the maximum extent permissible by law, Dieselogic.com does not warrant that the Products are of merchantable quality or that they can be used for any particular purpose. These are considered implied warranties. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. If a limitation on implied warranties is not permitted in your state, the implied warranties shall be limited to the term of the Limited Warranty Period provided above.
This Limited Warranty sets forth your exclusive remedies with respect to the Products covered by it. No attempt to alter, modify, or amend this Limited Warranty shall be permitted. Under no circumstances shall Dieselogic.com, its directors, shareholders, officers, agents, employees, contractors, successors or assigns be liable for any injuries or damages whatsoever to any person or property arising from the installation or use of the Products, which shall include, but not be limited to, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary or punitive damages. To the maximum extent permissible by law, Dieselogic.com’s liability in all events is limited to, and shall not exceed, the purchase price paid for any Product that gives rise to any liability. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
How Does State Law Relate to this Limited Warranty?
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. By agreeing to the terms of this Limited Warranty, you, the Customer, agree that the venue for any litigation, legal action or other proceeding arising out of or relating to this Limited Warranty shall lie solely in the federal or state courts located in Duval County, Florida. You, the Customer, hereby (i) consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts, (ii) agree that such courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters arising out of or related to this Limited Warranty, (iii) acknowledge and agree to accept service of process by registered or certified mail or the equivalent directed to your last known address as determined by Dieselogic.com or by whatever other means are permitted by such courts, and (iv) waive all claims to the effect that any of the aforementioned courts constitutes and inconvenient forum.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. L & J Diesel Service, Inc. d/b/a Dieselogic.com, a Florida corporation (“Dieselogic.com”), allows customers to return new and unused products purchased from Dieselogic.com (the “Product” or “Products”), subject to the terms and conditions set forth below:
Is My Product Eligible to Return?
Customer(s) may return purchases from Dieselogic.com for any reason up to thirty (30) days from the original invoice date, provided that the Product (i) has not been installed, (ii) is in “brand-new” condition, and (iii) is returned intact in the original packaging. To be eligible for return, Products must be received at our facility within thirty (30) days of the original order date, NO EXCEPTIONS. Returned items received after thirty (30) days are not eligible and will not be considered for returns or refund(s). Products sold as a kit or part of a kit are eligible for return as a complete kit only. Partial kits or individual kit components are not eligible for return with NO EXCEPTIONS. No refund(s) shall be given on Products that have been, in Dieselogic.com’s sole discretion and determination, installed or attempted to install, tampered with, contaminated, or disassembled or attempted to disassemble. All returned products shall be subject to a restocking fee of no less than fifteen percent (15%) of the original purchase price excluding tax. Original shipping costs shall also be deducted from any refund amount.
All orders may be processed within 24 hours, and once processed, the order can no longer be canceled, and the restocking fee shall apply. The restocking fee does not apply to unused Product exchanges or unused Products returned for store credit.
How Do I Submit a Return?
To return a Product, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number from Dieselogic.com. To obtain an RMA number, please reply to your order confirmation email or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the following information: original invoice number; part number; serial number (if applicable); quantity; reason for the return with as much detail as possible; and any other relevant information that will help us efficiently process the return. No Product return shall be accepted or processed without first contacting us to obtain an RMA number. Shipping costs to return Products to Dieselogic.com are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
When Will My Refund Be Processed?
All returned products must be received into our system and queued for inspection. Once we have inspected and confirmed that the returned product(s) are in original, unused, and resalable condition, your order will be scheduled for refund. This approval process may take up to 7-10 business days from the product's arrival at our facility until your refund is processed. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the returned funds to be reflected in your account.
To return an item, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number from Dieselogic. To obtain an RMA number, please click on the link above under “RMA Form.” Once an RMA number has been issued, add your RMA number to the address below and send the Product to:

Some Circumstances in which credit will NOT be issued are not limited to:
• Product is a “Special Order” item
• Product has been installed and/or used
• Product has been damaged from an attempt to be installed and/or used
• Product is shipped back without original box, manual and/or parts
• Seal on electrical parts is broken
• Product serial number does not match that which was originally shipped to buyer
• Product is deemed not resalable by Dieselogic due to customers own actions in dealing with the Product
All orders shipped from dieselogic.com are shipped per customer's request where applicable. Free ground shipping for orders over $250 is offered to contiguous USA customers only
. Due to FAA regulations flammable liquids (fuel additive) cannot be shipped via air freight; these items must be shipped via ground service. We make every effort to ship all orders within 48 hours, excluding weekends and National Holidays.
Expedited Shipping Disclosure
It is important to note that expedited shipping timeframes are estimates of time in transit only and do not include weekends or holidays. Some orders will require production, assembly, or procurement time before the order is ready to be shipped. Please contact our team to discuss if your order will be subject to these limitations. Effective March 26, 2020 and until further notice, UPS and FedEx have suspended all service guarantees for all shipments from any origin to any destination.
Shipping costs on orders placed outside of the Contiguous US may not have accurate shipping charges assessed at check out; in this case the shipping cost will be calculated and we will contact the customer for confirmation of this charge. Buyer shall be responsible for all shipping, handling, insurance, customs, duties and import fees, tariffs and taxes, and all other similar costs and charges. Dieselogic reserves the right to pass any additional shipping expenses incurred from Buyers shipping instructions to the Buyer. All orders for customers outside of the US for injectors, turbos and pumps; must send us their cores in advance or pay for them in full.
