Your satisfaction is very important to us. L & J Diesel Service, Inc. d/b/a Dieselogic.com, a Florida corporation (“Dieselogic.com”), allows customers to return new and unused products purchased from Dieselogic.com (the “Product” or “Products”), subject to the terms and conditions set forth below:
Is My Product Eligible to Return?
You may return items purchased from Dieselogic.com for any reason up to sixty (60) days from the original invoice date, provided that the Product (i) has not been installed, (ii) is in “brand-new” condition, and (iii) is returned intact in the original packaging. To be eligible for return, Products must be received at our facility within sixty (60) days of the original order date. Returns received after sixty (60) days are not eligible for return or refund. Products sold as part of a kit are eligible for return as a complete kit only. Partial kits or individual kit components are not eligible for return. No refunds shall be given on Products that have been, in Dieselogic.com’s sole discretion and determination, installed, tampered with, contaminated, or disassembled.
All Products returned for refund shall be subject to a restocking fee of fifteen (15%) of the original purchase price. Once an order has been prepared for shipping and a tracking number has been assigned to the shipment, the order can no longer be canceled and the restocking fee shall apply. The restocking fee does not apply to unused Product exchanges or unused Products returned for store credit. Original shipping costs shall also be deducted from the refund amount.
How Do I Submit a Return?
To return a Product, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number from Dieselogic.com. To obtain an RMA number, please reply to your order confirmation email or send an email to email@example.com and provide the following information: original invoice number; part number; serial number (if applicable); quantity; reason for the return with as much detail as possible; and any other relevant information that will help us efficiently process the return. No Product return shall be accepted or processed without first contacting us to obtain an RMA number. Shipping costs to return Products to Dieselogic.com are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
When Will My Refund Be Processed?
Once we have inspected the Products and confirmed they are in unused and resalable condition as required by this Return Policy, we will process your refund less the restocking fee and original shipping costs. Once the refund is processed, please allow three (3) to five (5) business days for the funds to be returned to your original payment method.

Some Circumstances in which credit will NOT be issued are not limited to:
• Product is a “Special Order” item
• Product has been installed and/or used
• Product has been damaged from an attempt to be installed and/or used
• Product is shipped back without original box, manual and/or parts
• Seal on electrical parts is broken
• Product serial number does not match that which was originally shipped to buyer
• Product is deemed not resalable by Dieselogic due to customers own actions in dealing with the Product
All orders shipped from dieselogic.com are shipped per customer's request where applicable. Free UPS Ground shipping is offered to contiguous USA customers only
. Shipping is free on all orders over $100.00 to contiguous USA customers. Due to UPS regulations we cannot ship website orders to a PO Box. Due to FAA regulations flammable liquids (fuel additive) cannot be shipped via air freight; these items must be shipped via UPS ground service. We make every effort to ship all orders within 48 hours, excluding weekends and National Holidays.
Expedited Shipping Disclosure
Dieselogic does offer expedited shipping via UPS. It is important to note that the expedited shipping time refers to the time from orders leaving our facilities to the shipment destination. Some orders will require production, assembly, or procurement time before the order is ready to be shipped. Please contact our team to discuss if your order will be subject to these limitations. Effective March 26, 2020 and until further notice, UPS has suspended the UPS Service Guarantee (also referred to as the UPS Money Back Guarantee) for all shipments from any origin to any destination.
Shipping costs on orders placed outside of the Contiguous US may not have accurate shipping charges assessed at check out; in this case the shipping cost will be calculated and we will contact the customer for confirmation of this charge. Buyer shall be responsible for all shipping, handling, insurance, customs, duties and import fees, tariffs and taxes, and all other similar costs and charges. Dieselogic reserves the right to pass any additional shipping expenses incurred from Buyers shipping instructions to the Buyer. All orders for customers outside of the US for injectors, turbos and pumps; must send us their cores in advance or pay for them in full. Due to logistical impacts associated with current events carriers are no longer offering any money back guarantees, this is beyond our control & therefore unfortunately shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances.
