Item Condition: Manufactured Again
A properly “Manufactured Again” injector is the functional equivalent of a new part, and is virtually indistinguishable from new part performance. Manufactured Again products go through a restorative process, using highly refined industrial procedures in a factory setting to promote greater resource productivity, which aims to reduce waste and avoid pollution. It is the only form of reuse, re-purpose, repair, or recycle that produces warranted products that meet or exceed quality and performance expectations.
Every injector is completely disassembled, cleaned and 100% of all parts/components are examined for wear and breakage. Worn out, missing or non-functioning components are replaced with new or manufactured again components. After full disassembly is complete, the part is reassembled and tested for compliance within OEM Bosch performance specifications and may be retested with our patented Dieselogic NEO.
NEO – Resolves complex “shot to shot” multiple injections with The Dieselogic Patented fiber optic technology. The NEO provides validity testing of common rail injection internal calibration emission tolerances and stimulates the aftermarket economy while lowering emissions for a greener environment.

All cores must be in acceptable cosmetic condition, per Criteria outlined below, with original body and no external damage. Dieselogic is not responsible for any damage caused during transit of Core Return. Buyer is responsible for all shipping, handling, insurance, customs, duties and import fees, tariffs and taxes, and all other similar associated costs and charges.
Core Acceptability Criteria are:
- cores must be 'like for like' (same as what was purchased)
- cores must be in original condition, and damage free
- cores must contain all internal components
- cores must be returned within 60 days of product ship-out date
The following will result in denial or partial credit of Core Charge:
- cores are not 'like for like' (not the same injector as what was purchased)
- cores are damaged (Buyer is responsible for transit damage)
- broken/missing solenoid dividers
- broken/missing electrical connecting studs
- missing/damaged nozzles
- missing external components
- missing internal components
- core tampering or suspected disassembly/assembly
- cores are returned past 60 days of product ship-out date
How would you like to handle your Core Return?
Please choose from one of the three options outlined below.
Option #1 - ZERO COST DEPOSIT
The customer will be temporarily charged for the full Core Deposit. You will have 60 days to return old Cores from the original ship date for a full refund. Cores received after 60 days will be eligible for a partial refund.
Option #2 - PAY CORE CHARGE
The customer agrees to pay the full Core charge. The customer does not have to return old Cores. You may choose to return old Cores within 60 days from the original ship date for a full refund. Cores received after 60 days will be eligible for a partial refund.
Option #3 - RETURN CORES IN ADVANCE
The customer may send cores in advance. Once we receive your Advance Cores we will release your Order for shipment. Please send your Advance Core to:

Cores returned after 60 days will be issued a 75% refund. Cores returned 90 days to 120 days after the original ship date will be issued a 50% refund. Later return refund amounts vary based on wholesale market value.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. L & J Diesel Service, Inc. d/b/a Dieselogic.com, a Florida corporation (“Dieselogic.com”), allows customers to return new and unused products purchased from Dieselogic.com (the “Product” or “Products”), subject to the terms and conditions set forth below:
Is My Product Eligible to Return?
Customer(s) may return purchases from Dieselogic.com for any reason up to thirty (30) days from the original invoice date, provided that the Product (i) has not been installed, (ii) is in “brand-new” condition, and (iii) is returned intact in the original packaging. To be eligible for return, Products must be received at our facility within thirty (30) days of the original order date, NO EXCEPTIONS. Returned items received after thirty (30) days are not eligible and will not be considered for returns or refund(s). Products sold as a kit or part of a kit are eligible for return as a complete kit only. Partial kits or individual kit components are not eligible for return with NO EXCEPTIONS. No refund(s) shall be given on Products that have been, in Dieselogic.com’s sole discretion and determination, installed or attempted to install, tampered with, contaminated, or disassembled or attempted to disassemble. All returned products shall be subject to a restocking fee of no less than fifteen percent (15%) of the original purchase price excluding tax. Original shipping costs shall also be deducted from any refund amount.
All orders may be processed within 24 hours, and once processed, the order can no longer be canceled, and the restocking fee shall apply. The restocking fee does not apply to unused Product exchanges or unused Products returned for store credit.
How Do I Submit a Return?
To return a Product, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number from Dieselogic.com. To obtain an RMA number, please reply to your order confirmation email or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the following information: original invoice number; part number; serial number (if applicable); quantity; reason for the return with as much detail as possible; and any other relevant information that will help us efficiently process the return. No Product return shall be accepted or processed without first contacting us to obtain an RMA number. Shipping costs to return Products to Dieselogic.com are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
When Will My Refund Be Processed?
All returned products must be received into our system and queued for inspection. Once we have inspected and confirmed that the returned product(s) are in original, unused, and resalable condition, your order will be scheduled for refund. This approval process may take up to 7-10 business days from the product's arrival at our facility until your refund is processed. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the returned funds to be reflected in your account.

Some Circumstances in which credit will NOT be issued are not limited to:
• Product is a “Special Order” item
• Product has been installed and/or used
• Product has been damaged from an attempt to be installed and/or used
• Product is shipped back without original box, manual and/or parts
• Seal on electrical parts is broken
• Product serial number does not match that which was originally shipped to buyer
• Product is deemed not resalable by Dieselogic due to customers own actions in dealing with the Product

All orders shipped from dieselogic.com are shipped per customer's request where applicable. Free ground shipping for orders over $250 is offered to contiguous USA customers only
. Due to FAA regulations flammable liquids (fuel additive) cannot be shipped via air freight; these items must be shipped via ground service. We make every effort to ship all orders within 48 hours, excluding weekends and National Holidays, though some orders will require additional processing, production, assembly, and/or procurement time before the order is ready for shipment.
Expedited Shipping Disclosure
It is important to note that expedited shipping timeframes are estimates of time in transit only and do not include weekends or holidays. Some orders will require processing, production, assembly, and/or procurement time before the order is ready for shipment. Please contact our team to discuss if your order will be subject to these limitations. Effective March 26, 2020 and until further notice, UPS and FedEx have suspended all service guarantees for all shipments from any origin to any destination.
Shipping costs on orders placed outside of the Contiguous US may not have accurate shipping charges assessed at check out; in this case the shipping cost will be calculated and we will contact the customer for confirmation of this charge. Buyer shall be responsible for all shipping, handling, insurance, customs, duties and import fees, tariffs and taxes, and all other similar costs and charges. Dieselogic reserves the right to pass any additional shipping expenses incurred from Buyers shipping instructions to the Buyer.
