The K&N AirCharger 63-1562 air intake system replaces the restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing in some Dodge Ram models. K&N intakes are designed to dramatically reduce intake restriction as they smooth and straighten air flow. This allows your Dodge Ram’s engine to inhale a larger amount of air than the factory air filter assembly. More air means more usable power and acceleration throughout the engine’s RPM range. The 63-1562 air intake comes with a K&N high-flow air filter and a uniquely shaped air box that pulls in cooler outside air near the bumper into the custom molded intake for a guaranteed power gain. The oversized air filter can be used for up to 100,000 miles before servicing is needed depending on driving conditions. This air intake is relatively easy to install requiring only a screwdriver, socket set and several wrenches. This air intake cannot be sold in California. It is not legal for use in California or other states adopting California emission standards.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. You may return an item purchased from Dieselogic for any reason up to 30 days from the original invoice date provided, in our determination, that the Product is in “brand-new” condition, has not been installed, and is returned in the original packaging. No refunds will be given on Products that have been installed, tampered with, contaminated, or disassembled.


To return an item, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number from Dieselogic. To obtain an RMA number, please click on the link above under “RMA Form.” Once an RMA number has been issued, add your RMA number to the address below and send the Product to:

Shipping costs to send the returned Products to us are the responsibility of the customer. If an item was purchased with free shipping, the costs of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. If it applies, the cost of the core shipping label will also be deducted from the refund amount.


Orders returned 30-60 days from the original invoice date will be assessed a 15% restock fee. Orders returned beyond 60 days will fall under our Warranty Claim Policy. Please see the Warranty Policy for details. 


Once we have inspected the Products and confirmed they are in new and resalable condition as required by this Policy, we will process your refund. 


Some Circumstances in which credit will NOT be issued are not limited to:
• Product is a “Special Order” item
• Product has been installed and/or used
• Product has been damaged from an attempt to be installed and/or used
• Product is shipped back without original box, manual and/or parts
• Seal on electrical parts is broken
• Product serial number does not match that which was originally shipped to buyer
• Product is deemed not resalable by Dieselogic due to customers own actions in dealing with the Product

Domestic Shipping

All orders shipped from dieselogic.com are shipped via customer's request when applicable. Free UPS Ground shipping and core return labels are offered to contiguous USA customers only. UPS ground is free on all orders over $100.00. Due to UPS regulations we cannot ship website orders to a PO Box.  Due to FAA regulations flammable liquids (fuel additive) cannot be shipped via air freight; these items must be shipped via UPS ground service.  We make every effort to ship all orders within 48 hours, excluding weekends and National Holidays.



International Shipping

Shipping costs on orders placed outside of the Contiguous US may not have accurate shipping charges assessed at check out; in this case the shipping cost will be calculated and we will contact the customer for confirmation of this charge.  Buyer shall be responsible for all shipping, handling, insurance, customs, duties and import fees, tariffs and taxes, and all other similar costs and charges.  Dieselogic reserves the right to pass any additional shipping expenses incurred from Buyers shipping instructions to the Buyer.  All orders for customers outside of the US for injectors, turbos and pumps; must send us their cores in advance or pay for them in full.  Please contact us at 904.786.7402 or via email at sales@dieselogic.com for further information.
