Core Policy

To dispose of your old cores, Dieselogic has (3) convenient choices:

1.  CARD ON FILE:  The customer leaves their credit card information on file securely with Dieselogic.  Old cores must be returned to Dieselogic within 28 days of the original order ship date to avoid being charged.  If customer cores are not returned within 28 days, the credit card on file will be charged the full Core Charge (see table below) and the customer be allowed an additional 28 days to return the cores for a full refund of that core charge.  Cores returned after 60 days from the original order ship date will be issued 75% refund.  Cores returned 90 days or after, after the original order ship date will be issued a 50% refund. Customers using a debit card may see a pending transaction on your bank account until the cores are returned. 


2.  PAY CORE CHARGE:  The customer’s credit card will be charged the core charge immediately upon placing the order.  The customer’s old cores must be returned to Dieselogic within 60 days of original order ship date to be eligible for full refund.  Cores returned after 60 days will be issued 75% refund.  Cores returned 90 days or after, from the original order ship date will be issued a 50% refund.


3.  RETURN CORES IN ADVANCE:  The customer will ship their old cores to Dieselogic in advance to avoid any core charge.  Their order will ship immediately once the cores are received.

All cores must be "cosmetically" in original and acceptable condition i.e. no damage to the external body.  We will not be responsible for any damage caused in transit.  The following will result in partial core refund or denial:  Cores not being "like for like" (same as what you are purchasing), Broken/missing solenoid or dividers, Broken/missing electrical connecting studs, Core tampering or suspected disassembly, Missing/damaged nozzles, Missing internal components, Missing external components.  If you have any questions regarding this policy, please contact us at 904.786.7402 or

Your satisfaction is important to us. You may return any item purchased from Dieselogic for any reason within 30 days from the original invoice date, provided the Product is in “brand-new” condition, is returned in the original packaging, and has NOT been installed. No refunds will be given on Products that have been installed, tampered with, contaminated, or disassembled.

To return an item, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number from Dieselogic. To obtain an RMA number, please click on the link above under RMA Form. Another option is to call us at 800.654.8493 or email us at warranty@dieselogic.com, and provide the following information: original invoice number, part number, serial number (if applicable), quantity, reason for the return with as much detail as possible, and any other relevant information that will help us process the return with speed and accuracy.

Returned product must be in new, resalable condition, with all original boxes, packaging, parts, cables, manuals, etc. Upon receipt, all returns will be inspected, and, at our discretion, credit may be refused and/or a restocking fee of 15% will be assessed. For all orders that had free outgoing shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount. You are responsible for shipping costs incurred to return products. Do not use the Core Return label to return new parts. If you do, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once we have inspected the Products and confirmed they are in new and resalable condition as required by this policy, we will process your refund.

Some Circumstances in which credit will not be issued but not limited to:
·         Product is a “Special Order” item
·         Product has been installed and/or used
·         Product has been damaged from an attempt to be installed and/or used
·         Product is shipped back without original box, manual and/or parts
·         Seal on electrical parts is broken
·         Product serial number does not match that of which was original shipped to buyer
·         Product is deemed not resalable by Dieselogic due to customers own actions in dealing with the Product

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

All orders shipped from dieselogic.com are shipped via customer's request when applicable. Free UPS Ground shipping and core return labels are offered to contiguous USA customers only. UPS ground is free on all orders over $100.00. Due to UPS regulations we cannot ship website orders to a PO Box.  Due to FAA regulations flammable liquids (fuel additive) cannot be shipped via air freight; these items must be shipped via UPS ground service.  We make every effort to ship all orders within 48 hours, excluding weekends and National Holidays.

International Shipping

Shipping costs on orders placed outside of the Contiguous US may not have accurate shipping charges assessed at check out; in this case the shipping cost will be calculated and we will contact the customer for confirmation of this charge.  Buyer shall be responsible for all shipping, handling, insurance, customs, duties and import fees, tariffs and taxes, and all other similar costs and charges.  Dieselogic reserves the right to pass any additional shipping expenses incurred from Buyers shipping instructions to the Buyer.  All orders for customers outside of the US for injectors, turbos and pumps; must send us their cores in advance or pay for them in full.  Please contact us at 904.786.7402 or via email at sales@dieselogic.com for further information.
