Introducing FGT Motorsport's new 1R-0750 CAT Fuel Filter Adapter Kit for Chevy/GMC Duramax! Use this Kit to install a Caterpillar 2 Micron Advanced High Efficiency (1R-0750) Fuel Filter to your diesel truck today! The Duramax CAT Filter adapter is precision CNC machined from aircraft grade 6061 aluminum and anodized race red for corrosion protection and aesthetics. Included in each kit is the aluminum threaded adapter, all necessary Viton O-rings, and a stainless steel fuel filter nipple. The CAT fuel filter adapter kit for Duramax installs in about 10 minutes and can be performed by anyone with basic tools. It is recommended that you remove the spring and check ball from the stock filter head at time of installation in order to improve fuel flow! Contact us for more information and for detailed installation instructions. CAT Fuel Filter is not included with this kit. It will need to be purchased separately if you do not already have one!

Duramax CAT Filter Adapter Information:
-Recommended service interval for CAT 1R-0750 Fuel Filter: 10,000 Miles
-If installing on 2011+ and newer trucks, it is recommended that you install some washers behind the filter head to offset the filter head by approximately 0.5" for increased access. You can also purchase SJX Motorsport's billet aluminum spacer kit for a simple solution!
-Be sure to unplug the water separator and tie it out of the way. This will not cause the computer to issue any DTC codes or a Check Engine Light and it is completely safe to do so!

Return Policy

Returns & Warranty


Your satisfaction is important to us. You may return any item purchased from Dieselogic for any reason within 30 days from the original invoice date, provided the Product is in “brand-new” condition, is returned in the original packaging, and has NOT been installed. No refunds will be given on Products that have been installed, tampered with, contaminated, or disassembled.

To return an item, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number from Dieselogic. To obtain an RMA number, please call us at 800.654.8493 OR email us at warranty@dieselogic.com, and provide the following information: original invoice number; part number; serial number (if applicable); quantity; reason for the return with as much detail as possible; and any other relevant information that will help us process the return with speed and accuracy.

Returned product must be in new, resalable condition, with all original boxes, packaging, parts, cables, manuals, etc. Upon receipt, all returns will be inspected, and, at our discretion, credit may be refused and/or a restocking fee of up to 25% may be assessed. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred to return products.

Once we have inspected the Products and confirmed they are in new and resalable condition as required by this policy, we will process your refund.

Some Circumstances in which credit will not be issued but not limited to:
  • Product is a “Special Order” item
  • Product has been installed and/or used
  • Product has been damaged from an attempt to be installed and/or used
  • Product is shipped back without original box, manual and/or parts
  • Seal on electrical parts is broken
  • Product serial number does not match that of which was original shipped to buyer
  • Product is deemed not resalable by Dieselogic due to customers own actions in dealing with the Product

Dieselogic warrants our Products to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of *1 year. (*Performance Remanufactured Products are warranted for 6 months.) The warranty period commences the day the product is shipped to the original Customer and is only valid for the original Customer. This warranty is non-transferable.

Dieselogic Limited Warranty DOES NOT COVER and therefore EXCLUDES:

  • Labor costs to install or uninstall Products
  • Labor costs incurred in diagnosis of defects or any other consequential expenses, including third party testing
  • Failures caused by fuel or oil contamination, fire damage, misuse, negligence, modification, abuse, improper application, installation or operation
  • Failures caused by unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts
  • Failures caused by power enhancing devices or modifications
  • Any down time, towing, travel, lodging, or any other contingent expenses

This warranty is in lieu of all other express and implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Dieselogic does not assume any responsibility for incidental or consequential damages. This warranty sets out your exclusive remedies with respect to the Products covered by it. No attempt to alter, modify, or amend this warranty shall be allowed.


All warranty claims are subject to prior approval by Dieselogic. To be eligible for warranty consideration, please call us at 800.654.8493 OR email us at warranty@dieselogic.com. You must include a dated proof of purchase receipt, describe your problem, and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (“RMA”). We will provide you with an RMA number and written instructions for sending the Products to us to be tested for warranty consideration. You must follow those instructions. Dieselogic does not accept Products sent to us without an RMA. We do not cover return shipping. You will need to pay for shipping the Products to us. Dieselogic is not responsible for damages caused by shipping.

If our testing confirms that a Product DOES NOT exhibit any material or workmanship defect within the testing specifications we have identified, you will be assessed a standard fee for cleaning / testing and the Product will be shipped back to you at your expense, UPS Ground.

If our testing confirms that a Product DOES exhibit material or workmanship defect, Dieselogic will replace the item (like for like), and cover UPS Ground shipping to return the replacement Product to the original Customer. You may elect to pay for faster shipping at your expense.

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

All orders shipped from dieselogic.com are shipped via customer's request when applicable. Free UPS Ground shipping and core return labels are offered to contiguous USA customers only. UPS ground is free on all orders over $100.00. Due to UPS regulations we cannot ship website orders to a PO Box.  Due to FAA regulations flammable liquids (fuel additive) cannot be shipped via air freight; these items must be shipped via UPS ground service.  We make every effort to ship all orders within 48 hours, excluding weekends and National Holidays.

International Shipping

Shipping costs on orders placed outside of the Contiguous US may not have accurate shipping charges assessed at check out; in this case the shipping cost will be calculated and we will contact the customer for confirmation of this charge.  Buyer shall be responsible for all shipping, handling, insurance, customs, duties and import fees, tariffs and taxes, and all other similar costs and charges.  Dieselogic reserves the right to pass any additional shipping expenses incurred from Buyers shipping instructions to the Buyer.  All orders for customers outside of the US for injectors, turbos and pumps; must send us their cores in advance or pay for them in full.  Please contact us at 904.786.7402 or via email at sales@dieselogic.com for further information.
